2017 Contest Snap Shot:

• Started with 640 images
• Independently the judges picked 125 images. Average time around 4.5 hours per judge.
• Collectively judges picked 35 images over a heated 2.5 hour “fight for your image” selection process.
• A 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place winner was selected.
• 33 images were selected for Honorable Mention

• 1st Place winner also has an Honorable Mention
• The 3rd place winner also won an Honorable Mention
• The DJI Aerial photographer also won an Honorable Mention
• 5 people won 2 Honorable Mention’s
• 1 image was shot with a B/W disposable camera
• 1 image was created with the Wet Plate Collodion method
