The price listed includes all free virtual workshops and on-location workshops* at Kualoa Ranch and entry for up to three images in The Essence of Jurassic Hawai‘i Photo Contest. On-location workshops have limited capacity. Early registration is recommended.
*Paradise Helicopter workshop is not included.

Registration fee includes access to all virtual workshops on Sept 2 – 8, and all workshops on-location at Kualoa Ranch for both Sept 11 – 12. Single day registration is not available.
Things to note:
- Cell reception at Kualoa Ranch is not reliable and it will be difficult for you to “step away” to make calls. Please plan accordingly, should you have any urgent need to be reached or have calls to make.
- You MUST be prompt for your classes, at least 15 minutes prior to workshop start time, as they will be spread out and you will likely be guided and/or transported to class.
- Meals and water will not be sold or provided by PhotoCon Hawai‘i on-site. They must either be pre-ordered or brought from home. However, there is an opportunity to purchase meals from Kualoa Ranch, but responsibility lies with the attendee to purchase meals and also stay on schedule. More details below.
- There will be physical activity involved. There are no paved roads and the terrain is uneven. Acceptance of our liability waiver is required to register and attend. Please contact PhotoCon Hawai‘i for special accommodations or needs.

Virtual workshops will take place online from Sept 2-8. All virtual workshops are free, but registration for your selected workshop(s) is required. You may attend the virtual workshop without registering for the on-location workshops.
A link to join your selected virtual workshop(s) will be emailed to you prior to the start of each virtual workshop.

On-location Workshops (Sept 11 – 12)
On-location workshops will take place on Sept 11-12 at Kualoa Ranch. On-location workshops require pre-registration and payment in order to attend. No on-location registration will be available. Please refer to our maps and directions.

Meals:
Meal orders must be pre-ordered online by Sept 8 at 12pm HST.
Please keep in mind, because Kualoa Ranch is a remote location, food options are limited near the PhotoCon Hawai‘i venues.
You may pre-order a meal through PhotoCon Hawai‘i. Bento meals will be provided by Blue Water Shrimp Company. There is a set bento menu for each meal. Apologies, but no substitutions or accommodations can be made.
We encourage you to bring your own meal and drinks if you do not pre-order a meal listed below. Kualoa Ranch does have its own cafe, which is about 20 minutes away from PhotoCon Hawai‘i’i HQ by car. Attendees are responsible for checking hours of operation and ensuring timeliness to the next workshop after lunch.
If you are interested in pre-ordering bento meal(s), please add it/them to your registration form. Bento meals may be purchased separately from registration. All meals must be pre-ordered online by September 8 at 12pm HST.

Pre-ordered meals and drinks can be picked up at the Registration desk at PhotoCon Hawai‘i HQ (Hale Nanea) during the designated meal hours listed on the Event Schedule.
If you did not pre-order meals with registration
If you have already registered but would like to pre-order meals and drinks for the weekend, you can still do so. Please visit photoconhawaii.com to place your order no later than September 8, 2021 at 12pm HST.
PhotoCon Hawai‘i will not have extra meals or drinks for purchase on-site.
Helicopter
Paradise Helicopters and a team of experienced aerial photographers are offering a skills & thrills aerial workshop on a no-doors helicopter flight, available for an additional fee of $150. You’ll land on a Kaʻaʻawa Mountain peak, and take a trip around Mokoliʻi Island. This will be a photo-op you’ll never forget.

Photo Contest
Contest entry for up to three images in The Essence of Jurassic Hawai‘i Photo Contest is included in the general registration fee. Once you complete registration, you will receive an email with a link to submit your photo entries.
For those unable to register and attend PhotoCon Hawai‘i 2021, you may enter up to 3 images into The Essence of Jurassic Hawai‘i Photo Contest for a $25 entry fee.
